Shipping & Returns

Fast, tracked shipping and a 30-day guarantee on every order — because your ritual should feel effortless from the moment you click checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days of being placed.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact support@pnice.com.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days — Free on orders over $50, otherwise $5.95 flat rate.

Expedited Shipping: 2 business days — $14.95.

Overnight Shipping: 1 business day if ordered before 12:00 PM ET — $29.95.

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are supported.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations including Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and most of the EU. Delivery times range from 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country of import. These fees are not included in your order total and are collected by the carrier at delivery.

30-Day Glow Guarantee

We stand behind every bottle. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery — even if the product has been opened and used.

To start a return, email support@pnice.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@pnice.com with a photo of the issue. We'll replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders ship automatically based on the cadence you selected at checkout. You can skip, pause, swap, or cancel any subscription from your account dashboard up to 48 hours before your next scheduled shipment.

Subscription orders are covered by the same 30-Day Glow Guarantee as one-time purchases.
