By accessing or using pnice.com (the "Site") and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to make purchases on the Site. By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

We strive to display accurate product information, images, and prices, but we do not warrant that descriptions, colors, or other content are error-free. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

If we identify a pricing error after you place an order, we will contact you and offer the choice to confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

All product claims describe general wellness benefits and are not medical advice. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or limit any order at our discretion, including for reasons such as suspected fraud, inventory limits, or shipping restrictions.

Payment is collected at the time of order via our payment processor, Stripe. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the total amount, including any taxes and shipping fees.

If you enroll in a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file at the cadence you selected until you cancel. You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard.

You are responsible for keeping your payment information current. If a charge fails, we will retry and notify you; if it remains unpaid, the subscription may be paused or cancelled.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy. Please review it for current terms, eligibility, and procedures.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@pnice.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, abuse, fraud, or other harmful conduct.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product photography, formulations, and code — is owned by P-Nice or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content commercially without our prior written permission.

You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Site; (c) use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Site; (d) misrepresent your identity or impersonate others; or (e) infringe the rights of others.

The Site and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, P-Nice's total liability arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Site will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to jurisdiction there.

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date below indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
